    Stacey, your post is wildly inaccurate and FALSE. NAR policies were implemented nationwide requiring Realtors to now have customers sign a Showing Agreement / a Buyer's Broker Agreement. In doing so I successfully fulfilled my duties as a professional. I even took the time to outline in writing exactly what this agreement stated, and what it meant for you as a potential homebuyer. You not only acknowledged that you had read my email, but you and your husband then proceeded to SIGN this document which clearly stated that we were entering an exclusive working relationship with one another for a designated period of time. There is zero validity or merit to your claims. Additionally, it is quite obvious from the plethora of 5 star glowing reviews from all of my actual clients, that I have proven myself to be a trustworthy, ethical, and quality Realtor delivering stellar service for buyers and sellers alike.
